About Joseph Frank

Joseph Frank joined TydeCo™ in 2007, shortly after his cousin Matt Lescault founded the firm. What began as a hands-on bookkeeping role grew into a long-term leadership journey through every level of client service. In 2017, Joseph became a partner at TydeCo™, formalizing a career built on shared values: trust, curiosity, kindness, and the belief that accounting and technology can be tools for real impact.

As Executive Director of Client Services, Joseph leads teams across CAAS, ERP, Integration & Automation, and HR & Payroll. His focus is on more than operational excellence, he works to build departments that are collaborative, thoughtful, and designed to scale sustainably. A coach at heart, he helps his teams think critically, communicate with empathy, and consider the full scope of every decision. He’s especially proud of the teammates he’s mentored all the way through to retirement, proof, for him, that leadership is about longevity and legacy.

Expertise

Joseph’s expertise sits at the intersection of accounting, software, and service design. He’s deeply familiar with ERP tools, especially Sage Intacct, and third-party systems that enhance financial visibility and automation. He’s led teams serving complex organizations in sectors such as SaaS, nonprofit, construction, professional services, and healthcare. His approach is always grounded in listening first: understand the client’s real pain points, explore every angle, then collaborate toward a solution that works for everyone involved.

What sets Joseph apart is his calm, systems-oriented thinking. He’s not driven by fast wins, he’s focused on creating process-driven, stakeholder-conscious solutions that hold up over time. Whether building out a new integration framework or guiding clients through system selection and change management, Joseph brings a clear sense of purpose and patience to his work. His colleagues know him as the person who always shows up, always listens, and always has their back.
