Joseph Frank has shaped TydeCo™’s service delivery since 2007, skillfully guiding CAAS, ERP, and automation with a people-first mindset. He seamlessly blends software expertise with empathy and structure, building trust, empowering teams, and delivering thoughtful solutions that serve not only clients, but internal stakeholders as well.

Driven by deep curiosity and a passion for impact, Ancel effectively helps organizations rethink their HR and payroll systems for the better. He’s best known for his client-first mindset, strategic leadership, and an uncanny ability to turn complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions that work.

Jeff can always be trusted to bring sharp problem-solving instincts, deep ERP knowledge, and a uniquely strategic mindset to every client engagement. Known for his curiosity and hands-on approach, he expertly guides businesses to connect systems, uncover insights, and discover new opportunities through smarter, more integrated technology.

Zamir provides 25 years of business management experience and a strong emphasis on high-level operational efficiency. He’s keenly driven by impact, team development, and building systems that help people work better, always combining practical leadership with a sharp eye for detail and improvement.

Madeleine is the group director for legal and HR. She was previously Senior Legal Advisor in Old Mutual’s Corporate Law Division. Prior to that, she was Programme Manager at Armscor for 15 years, responsible for the acquisition of logistic support for SA Navy vessels. She completed her BIuris and LLB-Degrees at the University of Pretoria and UNISA, respectively.

Becky joined the TydeCo™ family in 2020 and now leads our global marketing strategy. With over 23 years’ experience in the industry, she expertly drives brand visibility, demand generation, as well as alignment across regions, championing data-driven storytelling together with scalable systems and cohesive strategy to support long-term business growth.

Cornel is a Sage Intacct & Sage 300cloud certified consultant with specialised experience in systems integration and automation. He received his BCom in Business Management from Pretoria University and started his career at mining companies in Africa sub-Sahara as a consultant implementing Accpac. Cornel’s key focus is the implementation and support of Sage Intacct and Sage 300 (Accpac) at mid- to large sized organisations. He completed his 2nd Cape Epic in 2016.

Debbie brings deep expertise in accounting and payroll as both a CPA and Certified Payroll Professional. She is known for leading with empathy, building strong team relationships, and driving process improvements from client onboarding to proposal automation. Her approach blends curiosity, structure, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.
